Sand Creek Consultants, Inc. was hired to complete a Phase II ESA of a resort located in Northern Wisconsin, prior to sale of the property. Limited soil and groundwater sampling revealed contamination near the existing underground petroleum storage tank. As a result of SCC’s efforts, sale of the property proceeded with the seller retaining responsibility to complete the clean-up. Site clean-up efforts are on-going.
