A group of lake property owners was concerned about low water levels. They hired Sand Creek Consultants, Inc. to determine the feasibility of constructing a water control structure on the lake outlet stream. SCC evaluated the site and advised the group of the permit process and the likelihood of obtaining a permit for construction of a water control structure.
